Specifications and constraints

Every project is different and therefore has its own particularities; Our teams' objective is to determine the minor and major constraints associated with your project, the extent to which they are involved and the impact they will have on the final result;
Planning

Once all the stages of the master plan have been worked out, and thanks to the multitude of elements gathered, we will jointly construct the timeline for your project;

Specifications

A specification is a document describing and detailing each specific element of a project; In general, it encompasses the nature of the project, its context and the internal and external environment in which it operates; Each specification contains the constraints assigned to the project, the way(s) to take advantage of them or resolve them and, of course, the mutual objectives to be achieved.
